1. The service

Aomark Digital LLC offers a limited number of complimentary SEO audits. A valid request requires a website domain and a work email address associated with that domain. Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance or create an obligation to purchase any service.

2. Access and delivery

If a request is accepted, we will contact the submitted work email to request read-only Google Search Console and GA4 access. The complete analysis is normally delivered within one week after all required access has been provided. Delays caused by missing, incomplete or incorrect access do not count toward that period.

3. Your responsibilities

You confirm that you are authorised to submit the website, provide the work email and grant access to the relevant accounts. You agree not to submit another person’s data, abuse the form, interfere with the website or attempt to bypass its security controls.

4. Audit scope and results

The audit provides professional observations and recommendations based on the information available at the time. Search rankings, traffic, leads, revenue and AI visibility depend on many factors. We do not guarantee any particular result. References to audit value are marketing estimates and do not represent a guaranteed resale price.

5. Implementation

The complimentary audit does not include implementation unless agreed separately in writing. Any later SEO, content, development or consulting engagement will be subject to a separate scope, price and agreement.

6. Intellectual property and confidentiality

The website, branding and original materials remain the property of Aomark Digital LLC or their respective owners. You may use the delivered audit internally for the submitted business. We will handle non-public account information with reasonable confidentiality and only for providing the requested service.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the free audit is provided without warranties and Aomark Digital LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss resulting from reliance on the audit or from changes made without appropriate professional review. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Changes and contact
